Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
• Refund (if applicable) will be issued as per Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Subscription once activated cannot be cancelled or refunded. Users may choose not to renew the subscription.

3. Installation Cancellation

If a technician is already assigned or dispatched, cancellation may incur charges.
