Thank you for choosing NV Track™. We aim to provide the best GPS tracking experience. This Refund Policy explains when refunds or replacements may be issued.

1. Device Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved only if:

• The product is unused and in original packaging
• The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• The product has manufacturing defects
• The device has not been installed or powered on (installed units cannot be returned)

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Activated or used GPS devices
• Subscription charges
• Installation fees
• Courier charges
• Damage caused by mishandling or incorrect installation

3. Replacement Policy

If your NV Track device has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of cost within 7 days of delivery.

4. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds take 5–7 working days to reflect in your bank or original payment method.
