Warranty Policy

Every NV Track device comes with a standard warranty as per the terms listed below.

1. Warranty Duration

NV Track GPS devices include 1-year hardware warranty.

2. Warranty Covers

• Internal hardware failure
• Manufacturing defects
• Non-functional PCB components

3. Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Water damage (unless water-resistant model)
• Wire cuts or tampering
• Damage due to incorrect installation
• Physical/accidental damage
• Damage due to vehicle electrical faults

4. Replacement Procedure

If the device is found defective after inspection, we will repair or replace it depending on availability.

5. Customer Responsibility

• Provide proof of purchase
• Ship the defective device to our service center
• Bear inward shipping charges
