Welcome to NV Track™. These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of our GPS tracking devices, website, mobile application, and related services (“Services”). By purchasing or using NV Track, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our device or app, you acknowledge that you are legally capable and authorized to install, track, or monitor the vehicle on which the NV Track device is installed.

2. Eligibility & Legal Use

You must comply with all applicable Indian laws regarding vehicle tracking and data usage.

• You may track only vehicles that you legally own or have permission to track.
• Unauthorized tracking of individuals or vehicles is strictly prohibited.
• We are not responsible for misuse of tracking by any user.

3. Device Purchase & Subscription

Purchasing the NV Track hardware includes access to the app and services for the duration of the selected subscription period.

• Subscription durations may vary based on the plan you choose.
• Renewal of subscription is required for continued access to live tracking, alerts, and reports.

4. Installation Responsibility

Installation is performed by partnered technicians, or by you.

• Any vehicle-related damage during self-installation is the user's responsibility.
• Incorrect installation may affect performance or void warranty.

5. Use of Services

You agree NOT to use NV Track for:

• Illegal surveillance or stalking
• Monitoring without consent (where applicable)
• Activities violating Indian IT Act or privacy laws
• Harming the device, network, or app

6. Accuracy of Location & Alerts

NV Track uses GPS, cellular networks, and sensors. Accuracy may vary based on:

• Terrain and GPS visibility
• Network coverage
• Device power and installation quality

We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of real-time location, reports, notifications, or sensor data.

7. Warranty Policy

NV Track provides a standard warranty as per the terms on the Warranty Page. Warranty does not cover:

• Water damage (unless explicitly water-resistant model)
• Physical damage caused by accident or mishandling
• Improper installation or tampering

8. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds, cancellations, and shipping policies are described in detail on our Refund Policy page. Subscription fees are typically non-refundable.

9. Third-Party Services

NV Track integrates with third-party systems such as:

• Razorpay (Payments)
• Shiprocket (Shipping)
• Analytics and crash reporting services

Their terms apply when using services facilitated through these providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

NV Track is not liable for damages arising from misuse, power loss, incorrect installation, network issues, GPS signal loss, or violation of laws by the user.

In no event will NV Track be responsible for lost profits, vehicle loss, or incidental damages arising from service usage.

11. Data & Privacy Protection

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. GPS and personal data are encrypted and stored securely.

12. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

Any activity performed under your account will be treated as authorized by you.

13. Service Modifications

NV Track reserves the right to update features, pricing, policies, device firmware, or service availability with or without notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts located in Rajasthan, India.
